EQT Partners Inc. is looking for a CR Assistant to support their Client Relations and Capital Raising (previously known as Investor Relations) Team based on the East Coast. We offer a unique opportunity to work in an international, professional, supportive and challenging business environment. You will be directly supporting one Managing Director, and one Associate on the Private Wealth Management side-– joining a full team of 15 other North Americas EQT CR team members (13 New York based; 3 San Francisco based) who work in a highly collaborative dynamic.
Candidate profile:
3-5+ years of experience as an executive assistant / coordinator (finance background /
Private Equity / Investor Relations / Private High Net Worth Client/Customer experience
preferred)
Experience and interest in:
● Travel and logistic coordination (domestic and international)
● Comprehensive Calendar management
● Working with contact/client databases
● Work in an international environment
Experienced user of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Experienced user of G-Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google docs, Google sheets)
Familiar with Slack
Familiar with Expense reporting
Familiar with CRM (Salesforce or other CRM system)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Travel management
● Travel arrangements (car transportation/commercial flights/private charters/hotel),
extensive domestic and international roadshow planning s and logistics
● Be readily available during travel periods to effectively and calmly handle travel
changes
Time management
● Maintain and update the global Client Relations and Capital Raising calendar
● Book and coordinate internal and external meetings (familiar booking within multiple
time zones)
● Setup conference calls with internal and external parties
Preparation of material
● Prepare material, update and edit presentations
● Print, bind and distribute presentations
Conferences
● Assist with organizing the local New York Annual Investors Meeting
● Register team members for industry specific conferences
● Arrange and coordinate internal conferences
Other
● Register and update contacts in internal databases
● Manage and update statistics
● Filing
● Expense reporting
● Back-up other assistants on an ad hoc basis
