Key Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the development, acquisitions, asset management, dispositions, valuations and debt teams as well as the CFO’s office.
• Due diligence, market research, financing, financial reporting, closing and preparing leasing, operating and capital analyses for both existing properties and properties under development.
• Create and analyze sophisticated cash flow models relative to underwriting investment opportunities.
• Prepare asset performance reports for upper management on a quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis, including but not limited to: quarterly cash distributions, quarterly investor reporting, mid-year valuations and budgeting.
• Ensure all operational information is appropriately captured and current in the ARGUS models for investment assets.
• Communicate effectively and timely with property managers, property accountants and the investments and leasing team to gain information needed for detailed reports on the financial performance of investments.
• Coordinate and perform due diligence for acquisitions, developments and dispositions
• Assist in writing internal and external Investor Memorandums.
